What is SPARRK?


I created SPARRK after rebuilding my own wellbeing while navigating chronic pain and treatment-induced menopause with almost no real medical guidance.
SPARRK is my signature framework designed to help people whose lives have been derailed by major health events or long-standing symptoms, and who were left to “figure it out alone”.
